Just had an initial interview with Jenny. She was super nice and informative! She answered all my questions, was very kind and had a lot of great advice/information to provide given that this was my first interview.

Super easy interview, asked if I had any school experiences but said that I didn't need any as I would "recieve enough support". Interview was virtual and they asked me a little about my background but otherwise just asked me about where my intended location was. The interview was almost too easy. They offered me a position before even knowing if they had a good placement for me, so I declined.

1. Screening call with your recruiter
2. Call with a Stepping Stones clinician to verify experience and qualifications
3. Follow up with recruiter about pay and benefits
4. Schedule interviews with potential school districts.
