Interview process was over the phone and also Zoom. Super easy and efficient. Did not have to go into office until job was accepted and had training . The whole process was super easy.

I participated in one pre-interview, which was conducted over the phone, and one interview conducted through Microsoft Teams. During the pre-interview, Emily Roudanez asked me about my experience with autistic students and described the company’s pay structure, raise structure, and benefits. During the interview, Sara Perry asked me about my current experience with autistic students, the ways I would handle different situations in the classroom, and my career aspirations. I am currently awaiting a response from my last interview.
