The interview process consisted of one round of questions from the department. Each member went around to ask questions and offer follow-up questions. They asked me to introduce myself and asked about 6-7 questions. They left room at the end for questions.

I applied online. Approximately 3 weeks later, I was asked to come in for an interview. Interviewers were kind but seemed unprepared and uninterested. I never received any word back even after following up a week later, which was very disappointing and unprofessional.
