Very easy and formal. The guys are nice and upfront. We had two rounds of interviews and a catch up after I was offered a job, however my plans changed and I had to decline the offer

Multi tier Online interview. Not a tough one to crack. However The hiring process itself took six to eight months. The process focused on accessing the
experience and expertise in the feild.
There was no dedicated HR. Coordinating with the HR was a tough task.
