You will be interviewed by 3 different groups of people. Senior management, Director Peers in your prospective branch, and specific Department Director Peers across the association (all branches). Plan on spending 3 hours and answering lots of questions and asking questions of them.

It was a very long interview process. You have three separate interviews and two of them will consist of 4-6 interviewers. It was a very comfortable environment and everyone seemed eager to have me there.

Quick phone screening, short phone interview, one on one zoom interview with the director of the facility, then a group interview with the directors at the facility, and a final interview with the COO
