It was pretty easy. Just a review of my experience. We then discussed job duties and expectations of what I would be doing day to day. Then straight into paper work. Overall I think it was decided that I would work there before the interview began.

Was fairly easy, just common sense. The questions they are are in regards to your management, organization, and problem-solving skills. It is you and program directors in the interview. Nothing too scary.
