Strange. It kept being repeated to me that they are incredibly transparent. It was very very strange it kept being said to the extent it made me wonder if that was even the truth.
There were basic questions that you get at a first interview even though this was a second interview, it seemed as though notes possibly weren't compared between interviewers. And once more I was being told they like to be completely transparent. Transparency is their culture. That's fantastic and all, but aren't you interested in what my skill sets are and what they bring to the role don't you have questions?
I was asked if I was okay to work with people that were in Canada seeing is that they were offering positions internationally I didn't see that being an issue but once again no real questions about my skill set until maybe the last 5 minutes of the meeting, then I was able to ask whether or not I would know the next steps. Once again I was told of they're complete utter transparency and that I would be reached out to within the next couple of days to weeks. That was in January, it is now April. To date I've never received contact. So much for transparency.
