Initially I had a phone interview with a recruiter from a company that they were partnered with, it lasted about 30 min, then I had a phone interview that lasted about one hour with the hiring manager- did not move on to in-person interview unfortunately.

The recommended timeframe for this is between two and four weeks. If the process takes any longer than four weeks, the risk of losing those A-level candidates to another company rises dramatically.
