The hiring process was very friendly and welcoming. I was interviewed twice by two different small groups (2 executives and 3 in the department) after I completed a phone screen. When the interview was over they reviewed their extensive list of benefits, so I got a chance to walk around the office a little bit. They kept me up-to-date on the hiring process and extended me a verbal offer conditioned on the successful completion of a background check. The whole process was prompt and painful. Other companies I interviewed with had 4-5 interviews that lasted almost 3 months.
