Thermo Systems did a fantastic job at making the interview about connecting with the applicant personally and figuring out their goals rather than trying to stump the applicant. After doing many interviews, Thermo did the best job at showing high levels of interest and personability. They are invested in you and your career goals.

I received an email asking for my availability within the next 2–3 business days for an interview, and I replied the same day. I did not receive a response until two business days later, around 5 PM. We then scheduled an online interview for the next day, and I received a reminder from the recruiter two hours beforehand. I joined the interview early, but no one attended for the full 30-minute scheduled time. I sent a follow-up email afterward and have still not received any response several weeks later. Even if they decided to move forward with another candidate, a brief update or communication would have been appreciated.
