A consultant reached out to do a phone screen, followed by a phone interview with a co-founder, and then a half day (ish) of interviews with the team and the other co-founder. Overall, it was really relaxed and enjoyable. The team came across as exceptionally pleasant, enjoyable, fun to be around. The organization at each step was lacking as I did now know who I was meeting with and it appeared that some of them did not know they were meeting with me either, but the personalities of the team made me ignore the lack of organization and structure.
