A recruiter reached out to me after meeting with representatives at a university career fair. The process consisted of one phone screening and a super day interview at their office. The phone interview was simple behavioral questions with a university recruiter. The super day consisted of two interviews and a case study. My first interview was three on one, with a VP and two team leaders. If was fairly difficult, as they ask questions looking for specific real life examples and press you until they get a satisfactory answer. Then there was a case study where you break down a company's supply chain. The second interview was two on one and much easier. The company has a very young vibe, and it seems like there is lots of opportunity for growth.

Dont let them trick you into thinking this is an actual research position. You will be cold calling people most of your day. The interview process is relatively simple, first spoke with a recruiter who passed me onto an in-person round. I never heard from them after that.

Question 1
Given this case industry, what types of industry experts would you contact on behalf of a client who is looking to invest in a company within that sector.
Had an interview for Forum role in Hongkong. Straightforward interview. The recruiter was very pleasant and nice, she was very professional. Prepare for your understanding of the role, although she was very nice in explaining the role in details, you knew it’s a major concern if you have no idea about the position youre applying. She also provides transparent feedback which I really appreciates. Not all companies or recruiters do the same. I always see this recruiter in job fairs and she’s overall nice and very accommodating. I would recommend trying an interview as it will change your perspective about the company and the role.
