I interviewed for two similar positions at two seperate locations between November 2023-January 2024. Both interviews consisted of four stages, the initial recruiter virtual screening,a STAR based virtual interview, a mock call in which you had to secure a follow-up meeting, and finally a short call with the head of this particular team.
In my initial interview, I had progressed to the final round and received glowing feedback after I completed the case study. However, a day before the final round I received a vanilla rejection email. At this point, it was a week between the case study and the final round. To rescind an interview invite in this matter is unprofessional, cruel, and shows how little Third Bridge thinks of candidates. As a consolation prize, I was given the opportunity to interview for a similar position at another office.
The team at this office can be best described as robotic and completely unexcited about their jobs. In my second interview, the interviewer was dressed in a casual sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Safe to say, I did not receive a job offer from this location, however I was relieved when I received the canned rejection email
