The first interview is a video interview. In general, the interviewer was entirely professional in carrying out the interview. She explains what her job and company are about. However, the interview process is quite long, requiring 20-30 minutes. Indeed, it is a massive waste of time; the interview can immediately end if the candidate is deemed unsuitable. This job is not common in the job market, and the turnover is very high, so they are looking for candidates who can survive. On the other hand, they seem like they are building their brand awareness through job fairs and massively interview sessions so that prospective candidates know the company better

Good, not that hard. The interview lasted for twenty to twenty five minutes and was fairly generic. I got cleared for second round of interviews but apparently the role closed down so I had to move on from it.
