Terrible -- they called me in for an "HR" interview that would be "fast tracked" to a management role but when you get there they give you their marketing spiel and tell you what they actually do with EVERY employee --- have them work their trade shows selling things at stores like sams, kroger, ikea, etc. which they call "mgmt training". Then when they feel you've shown their definition of drive, determination, blah blah blah you MAY get into a management role. its a scam - if you're hiring people to work "events" at grocery stores, say that in your job posting. They're completely false advertising. They want to take an experienced HR manager and have them selling face cream to people while they're grocery shopping. I even called before I drove in for the interview making sure they had no intentions of me working trade shows, and that is was truly an HR position and the person I talked to lied to my face and told me they dont do trade shows and this was a true HR job.

      Question 1

What is your dream job? that was it, rest of the interview was their marketing spiel.

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that management position that we are looking to fill, and the training process required to qualify for the management position was not in line with what you were looking for. Although we do host events inside of different retail locations, that is only such a small portion of not only what someone learns in the training period, but it is also such a short portion of some one's career with us as a whole. From our perspective, it is important for someone to know our clients, all aspects of our events, and to know the ins and outs of our business in order to be in control of a piece of our business. Once again I apologize that our vision and direction did not align with what you were looking for in your career, but I thank you for your review. We are always looking for ways to grow and improve. Thanks, Dana Iverson- President
