3 levels of interviews. Firstly with the IT manager, mainly focused on IT skills. Second is with the head of the department, to look at the employee's critical thinking skills and prior experiences, this was challenging. Finally the general manager had a chat to look at how I would fit into the team, by having a chat about how I would react in certain scenarios
