The interview process was a genuinely very enjoyable experience in comparison to most others I have experienced before. I felt valued from the moment I first applied because the recruiter consistently showed signs of empathy and understanding towards me when I had problems in my private life that I believed could affect the speed of my application. The entire experience was very holistic as it focused on several different aspects equally, such as technical ability, personality, and social/ethical values. I found this to be a really interesting way to interview as it gave me the opportunity to talk about and show TW what I really care about and who I am as a person. The interview format made me feel encouraged to really present my true self and not have to hide any of my quirks!
