It was a couple day process with a few different phases. It was focused more on your ability to effectively communicate with people and on your knowledge of skiing than of your actual skiing ability. One of the portions of the interview process was a presentation on how to tie a tie. Another portion was a written exam and the third portion was an in person interview.
