Went to interview 4 times. First time was a written test. Very simple. Next was a "Social Interview" where we were broken up in teams which had to come up with the top 3 attributes a team player had. There were several THreshold employees observing this process and critiquing us. Next was the computor test interview, compiling info on an Excel spreadsheet, writing up a welcome letter, and typing a memo and correcting errors. Final interview consisted of a panel. Seemed low key, but left wondering if I was a psychology experiment.
