The interview was conducted over a Microsoft Teams call, where there was a Manager that asked questions related to my knowledge in common computer programs, computer hardware, troubleshooting experience and customer service experience.

3 separate calls. One gauging experience. The other two are with manager and VP. The call with the manager was more in-depth. The call with a VP is gauging if you are a good addition to the team.
