Phone screen and two video interviews. After the last video interview, they said they'd follow up early the following week. After almost 3 weeks I hadn't heard anything and had to reach out to the recruiter for an update, after which I got an automated rejection email so I think they forgot to close out my application and just left me hanging. Other than that, the interview process was positive.

I wish there was an actual process to review. Someone had reached out for a phone screening interview and I scheduled a date. Unfortunately not only did I never receive a call; but also there were two failed attempts at rescheduling. Twice I was asked what my availability was for a reschedule but never received a response back in either case. This definitely left an impression and set the tone for my outlook on Thrivent as a whole. My time was not valued.
