Entretien
1. basic phone interview asking about ur experience, tell me about your self , what type of people do u find difficult working with.
2. Once phone interview , if you pass u are set up for half a say interview. which includes aptitude, grammer correction test, and interview with 3 people.
Very long day. Met ~5 people through the organization and took a logic skill test.
Pros: No second interview. Interviews were lengthy and generally detailed and gave a good sense of culture and role.
Cons: Took a whole day (~6 hours) to complete. Wasn't sure which of the interviewers I'd be reporting to or the relationship between them.

Entretien
Interview was 9-2. Stayed in one room for entire interview. Met four people. Could not tell who worked for who. Company is growing and I'm not sure if they have a solid structure in place. Company offers free lunch to employees. Was surprised that I interviewed for the day and was not offered lunch.

Many questions related to experience. Did not ask "standard interview questions" which was refreshing.
