The process was smooth and quick, I was always kept informed about the progress of my status. Even the offer letters were rolled out quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Multiple rounds of interviews. Several trips into the office to meet with individuals based on their availability. Standard interview(s). Also had a 'case study' and presentation that needed to be produced over a couple of days. Presentation was attended by people I interviewed with and a few others as well.

2 management rounds 1 hr round mostly the interview was related to typical questions like risk management, people management. If one has prepared for the pmp exam the interview will be easier. What are the challenges you faced in managing customer expectations. How will make sure the estimates are accurate.
