Summary-Extremely disappointing interview with the unprofessional HR who replied your email up to 1 month or never reply, and with the disorganized recruiting process by asking you to do the same translation test even though you had already sent them the text.
Beginning- the job was opened on Linkedin from December 2019 for the position of the translator for their base in Ireland. I applied with my Linkedin profile at the mid of December and were asked to have a phone interview initially at the 12nd of Dec. I send my availability for the phone interview twice before Christmas and never get replied back.
Midterm: Were contact on the 9th of Jan and asked to send over the CV which I sent over the same day. Get back to me a week later on the 20th asking me to do the translation test and send it back ASAP. I finished the test and sent over through email on 21st and NEVER get any reply.
End: Interestingly, I received another email from this company from another HR who thanks to my interest in this company and invited me to do the exactly SAME translation text which I've already send them 21st of Jan.
I don't know what's going on with this company but definitely extremely disorganized. Moreover, they replied to me at 9 pm in London time. In the begging I thought they were based in China for the time difference but no, according to their email title they are based in London. So, also very wired working schedule and hopefully it's not because they have way too much workload that it was the reason for this awful interview experience :)
I have to be fair that I didn't get the job eventually, but thankfully I didn't get this job as I had way much better interview experience somewhere else and get a job there.
