By far the worst interview process of my entire professional experience. Horribly unprofessional tech bro culture. Team lead thinks he’s going to battle every day rather than providing an internal service. When asked about red teaming, multiple interviewers responded with variations of “a necessary evil” (which makes sense when the lead thinks he’s fighting in app-ghanistan) Very long interview process in which each interviewer, including the recruiter and team lead, seemed confused as to what they were actually looking for. At times I was asked extremely technical questions and other times I was asked the most basic Trivia questions I’ve ever received. It seemed like none of them cared at all about the position or process. Also, the word “rockstar” was thrown around more than once in reference to what they were looking for. In the end they just completely ghosted even after multiple reach-outs
