Participated in a phone screen and two additional phone interviews. Very unstructured and somewhat unprofessional. After the fourth interview I did not hear back for weeks before deciding to rescind my application. I understand some of this is a result of the speed in which the company is growing, but they need to do a better job at respecting peoples time.

Nothing structured other than "why tik tok, and describe your management style". The interviewers were struggling to think of questions to ask. It seemed very unprepared.
