First Application, then Emails with different members, then Phone interview for about 20 minutes , then Video interview for about 30 minutes I was told I was accepted into the next stage but then when I followed up I was ignored.

The recruiters never respect the time frame previously said in the emails and just call at any time, even on different days than from what previously requested. they don't even reply to emails about follow-ups
