It was a smooth process, had some normal written assessment with question about my professional background and then 1 hour interview with 2 senior managers. They mostly asked behavioural and situational questions. Last phone call with HR with job offer

From the talent partner to the team managers, the entire process was very inviting and encouraging. The employees really enjoy what they do and that inspires confidence. There was an initial interview with the person who does recruiting, then a follow-up with the team leaders.
