Recruitment Process has 4 steps, Mini Project, Javascript test (Technical), Web knowledge / fundamentals, and the last is culture fit interview, the recruitment process takes about 1 month, with every step per 1 week
The interview was really smooth. The interviewer was great at cracking jokes. It made the whole session feel more like a chat with a friend than a formal interview. This approach really helped ease any nerves I had and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Entretien
First off, I was assigned to do a mini project. After submitting it, there will be an email informing about the result and next step. For every process, the HR informs whether you make it to the next round or not. The next process after the assignment are series of interviews, consisting: - HR Interview - 1st User Interview (Technical Skills & Knowledge) - 2nd User Interview (Web Knowledge & Practices) - 3rd User Interview (Cultural & Behavioral) The verdict of each round is announced between 1-4 days. After that, the HR will informs that the offer letter is on the way.
