Was actually given a job via email before even having an interview. Had to complete and animation test in Maya to get the job. This was done remotely, but could have been done in-house. Very quick email response and took less than a day from first emailing inquiring about a job to being offered to start within the month.

Don't really remember. As I said, I'd already been offered the job when I came in for the 'interview' so it was just a casual chat about my skills and quick tour around the office.
