It was very interactive and such a different environment than any other interview. Dress comfortably because you will be dancing, doing activities, playing golf, and moving around! We were split into groups and had to collaborate to create an event at a TopGolf location without any budgets. We then presented to the other candidates and managers. Some team building activities were played as well. They watch you throughout the whole process. Not only are managers and directors involved, they have bayhosts, bussers, bartenders, etc. watching you and interacting with you as well. They all have note sheets with names of people at the hiring event and will write things about you as they notice it. It's not super noticeable but I was very aware of what was going on because I was watching them. Second part of the interview was very quick and easy. You play golf at a bay until they call you up. You meet with three different sets of managers and have 90 seconds with each. You answer questions about availability, experience, basic hospitality questions, and personality questions. After the 90 second interviews, I did a role-play. I had to pretend to be a server for two managers, introduce myself, pitch a menu and make a lasting impression on my "guests"
