They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.

Interview process was very social. Started off split into groups, had to work with the group members to present business ideas/ proposals. The large group is split into two sections, one stays, the other leaves (This is half- way through the interview process). The group of people who stay are now going through personal interviews with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, then moves to being interviewed by two managers, and then the interview is wrapped up by spending two minutes or so telling a panel of current employees anything random(you also have the opportunity to "perform" a talent or so)... Honestly, very laid back questions. Do your company research.

Not your average interview. Beginning of the interview they played music and we played team bonding games then they asked a few questions about experience and availability and then one random question

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
