Entretien
It's called XFactor, you show up and interview with like 50 other people. You dance, play topgolf, and have 2 minute "panel" interview where you are free to do whatever you want. You also have 2 sit down interviews with managers that last 2 minutes. Its a rotation process, very quick and easy.

It was a very interactive group interview! You play ice breakers and different games. They mainly want to see if you can adapt and engage in a positive and fun way! I enjoyed it

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

Know your liquors. They asked for 3 types of gin, vodka, and tequila
Interview was one on one. Semi formal straight forward and easy to prepare for. I heard many times that this may have been a group interview but this was not the case.
