I spoke with a recruiter who was kind and transparent about the organization. We discussed the usual items one would expect to cover during a first interview -- history, experience, expectations.
Towards the end of the screening call I was asked about my salary requirements which, based on the interviewer's response and tone, may have disqualified me. No problem.
My interviewer was kind enough to follow up with me in a few days to let me know they would not be moving forward with me. Unfortunately, one's expectation today is to be "ghosted" so this communication was appreciated.
I would encourage applicants to reach out to current and past employees who held similar roles. They will provide insights which are not self-evident via Glassdoor and during interviews.

What experience do you have working with international teams in a remote environment?
I had an interview with a recruiter as part of the hiring process. The conversation included specific questions related to the role and my previous experience. The interview was structured and focused on assessing my fit for the position and understanding my background in similar tasks.

The process was very comprehensive, and the interviewers were very good at what they were doing. The first phase is quite easy, but when it comes to the later stages that's where the weeding comes out. Overall a challenging interview.
Recruiter kept me well informed throughout the process. They also provided documents about the company and benefits which was appreciative. You’re also expected to take an assessment during the process.
