Question 1
I was given a coding technical interview. I was asked to write code for unfinished program.
Pretty clear process. Checking that you know how to code with React and that you speak English well. With some preparation and experience it is easy to pass. All-in-all there are about 4-5 steps.

The interview process consisted of 5 steps, however I failed the 3rd round twice and got banned for 18 months.
- The first round was a 10-min call to talk about my background and to check my english communication. The interviewer was very nice.
- The second round was coding test on Codility platform. I passed this with about 50% for scores. It was React test with provided test cases. If your code can run without errors and the test cases were coverd, then you get 100%.
- The third round was the live coding interview with a person. They gave you 30min to finish a simple React app problem with 5-6 requirements. However, I found that the time was not enough for me. (I retry the same exam already knowing requiments. It also took me like 40min) The interviewer was unfriendly for my both 1st and 2nd attempts. They both were not native english speakers so the communication was a bit hard. Moreover, they only check if you correct all the requirements for the test. (One said that you have to correct 100% of the requirements to pass)

The interview process requires you to do a coding test on Codily platform. I did not pass the first time because I did not get a long with the test environment, but towards the end I found myself, but it was too late. One month later I took the test again and passed. After passing the coding test, I had to do an interview with an actual person, the guy was very nice, asked few question and asked me to share my screen do some live coding. He gave me only 15 minutes to complete the task. To be honest, when he said 15 minutes I actually understood 50 minutes, due to his accent, and though to my self that I would get that done. While I was doing everything, thinking I had 50 minutes, and getting the first results, he interrupted me and said that I had 5 more minutes.. That felt like a bucked of freezing water down on my head. Only 15 minutes to complete a complex task like that?? Well, I had half of the problem solved and that was not enough to pass me.
