They have a few stages interview, in order to screen very carefully who acced on the platform. I acceded until phase 3 where my portfolio wasn't suitable for their needs.

What is my work process and so on. Typical design questions.
The interview process at Toptal is comprehensive and well-organized, starting with an application and initial screening, followed by a language and personality test. Next is a technical screening with live coding exercises, a project assessment to demonstrate practical skills, and a final interview to review the project and discuss your experience. It’s challenging and time-consuming, requiring a significant commitment, but it ensures you join a group of highly skilled professionals. More detailed feedback at each stage would be beneficial for candidates.

Me hicieron hacer un proyecto demostrando lo que sabía. La primera vez no entré (no hice tanto énfasis en los usuarios), la segunda entré sin problemas. Ahora cambió pero era bastante mas complejo entrar.
