The interview was in-person with a very friendly floor manager. It was more centered around what I was looking for in a job rather than how my experience would help them. If I hadn’t gotten an offer closer to home, I would’ve taken the opportunity.

Submit your application online, then interview in person, at the store. Then interviewed with the bar (or FOH) manager. They looked into my recent employment and asked questions about that.
