I was asked to prepare an ppt presentation a day before the interview about a job relevant topic, which has a wide scope. Interview was started with the presentation and some cross questions about it. After that for the main interview, I was handed over a question set which consist of questions different work situation I had been and how I deal with.

Phone interview and than a face to face with panel of 3. A written test before the interview for 30 mins. Interview lasted about 1 hour and they were very friendly.
