I interviewed at THBS vasanth nagar Bangalor, feb 1st week 2025,There were totally 4 rounds first 2 were technical and 3rd manager along with technical discussion i have cleared 3 rounds and after few days i receive a mail next round will be HR discussion still i didnt get any invite for the HR discussion.I called and mailed recruiters and after 2-3 weeks they said they are holding and no opening positions.i am not understanding if there is no opening why to conduct interviews and waste candidate time and believes on the company.I am not happy with this kind of decisions
