The interview process went very smoothly, they were very careful to pick the right candidates

Applied online and received a call that week. Three interviews - GM, GM from another store by phone and then phone interview with DM and then received an offer.

Interview at a busy Starbucks with recruiter. It was uncomfortable sharing personal information since I had people sitting right next to me on both sides. Recruiter asked a few questions about me, but I didn't feel like I really got to share my experience and strengths. She kept on repeatedly asking what I wanted to know about the company. It was overall a very strange interview.
