Not extremely difficult. Just make sure to understand your product knowledge and the Tory Burch culture. I arrived at the store, had an almost 2 hour interview with the GM. Came back and talked to the visual coordinator and one of the sales leads. Filled out some paper work and received the job right then and there. I started a few weeks later.

instead of interview, it is more a like a small talk, mostly asking questions about you resume, your availability, working right, also, to know more about your interest in luxury industry.
