Had recruiter screen. Recruiter would not disclose the salary range for the job, and then lied and said that there was no range. When I asked if there was a budget for the role she said yes there was...but there's no salary range??? This lack of transparency on the part of the hiring company raises serious concerns about the culture and ethics of this organization. It obviously does not value open and honest communication.
