The interview process wasn't too bad. The first is a phone interview where they ask you a bunch of "cookie cutter" questions (i.e. how would you describe yourself?; What do know about TQL?; etc.) At the end they ask you to do a 3 minute sales pitch of anything you choose. The second interview (for me anyways) was a Skype video chat. It was pretty weird, mainly because they have you connect to a skype session, but call you on your cell phone for audio. Additionally, there was someone shadowing the interview, which for some may add some pressure. After the second interview they did not contact me for about a month and then they sent me a "follow-up" email from the career fair, basically reseting the process of interviews. Finally after another month, they sent me an email saying I didn't match what they were looking for. It was only later that I found out that they hire people without college degrees, and I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer to accept a job where college degrees actually mean something.
