I was submitted by an agency. I interviewed in person with the HR Director. She was professional, thorough and efficient. I then interviewed with the Chairman of the Board and a representative from Spain. The questions were professional and gave me insight into the newly created position. We discussed expectations and realistic goals and objectives.
