Well organized series of 1-on-1 interviews, with the hiring manager, and others, plus more senior interviewers including a board member as the process progressed. I got a very good sense for the team dynamics, and was especially impressed by the transparency and consistency of the answers I got to my questions (which all turned out to be true when I accepted and came on board).
