Long interview process, first a phone interview, then Skype, and last was an interview at their office. Each interview was with a different person and I was mostly asked the same exact questions and given scenarios.

I only did the first interview, which was with a group. We were assigned roles and worked through a mock-emergency. It was definitely a creative interview!

I was given a mock-role I knew NOTHING about, and had nothing to do with the event coordinator position. When they asked what I would do in the emergency, it was very difficult to answer without background information.

I had a phone screen interview followed by two in-person interviews. The first in-person was with the department I was applying for, and the second with with the CEO.
