So they first off offer you a telephone interview where they ask you a few basic questions which was very casual and mainly travel related and what you know about TourRadar. Then if you were successful they offer you to come in for a 1:1 interview where they go more in depth about the role and want to know more about you and your previous work experience. It's very casual and easy and at this stage, I think its more about getting to know you as a person.
