I interviewed at Tower Hamlets Council for a customer service role. The process included situational questions, conflict management questions and other general questions such as background etc. Overall, it was engaging.

The interview process consisted of various personal statements based on each of the council's values. The next stage was an in person interview. This involved six interview questions based on the job desription.
