Contacted by the HR and then interviewed by the hiring manager. It was a general discussion about my past research problems in depth. The call lasted for 45 min, I was told after this would be a coding round.
The process included an initial recruiter conversation, followed by interviews mainly focused on my past research projects, with a few additional questions about their research direction and potential alignment. The process is respectful and enjoyable.

No OA. Interview scheduled by an email interaction with a HR person. Was then interviewed by a senior scientist through Google Meet. Pretty laid-back interview process in general, and the feedback is given to me one day after the interview.
