There is a standard application form which you must complete, much like McDonalds or other high-turn over company. HR will make you do this form before they even read your resume. In fact, most of their hiring is done from temp agencies or on contract basis -- it is very unusual for them to hire full time like a normal company., They will ask you very basic questions like "what does a trading company do" and "have you ever had a Japanese manager".
